VP Corporate Finance / Deputy CFO | Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaSELECTED has been retained to support a major organisation in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of a VP Corporate Finance.This is a highly senior finance leadership position, operating effectively as a Deputy CFO and working closely with the Group CFO and executive leadership team.The successful candidate will take a leading role across corporate finance, funding, treasury, FP&A, investment governance and major strategic transactions, while supporting the wider financial strategy of a complex, capital-intensive organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Acting as a senior deputy to the Group CFO on strategic and day-to-day financial mattersLeading and developing the organisation's corporate finance, treasury, funding and FP&A capabilitiesSupporting major M&A, investment and strategic transaction activity, including financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and negotiationsLeading discussions around funding, debt, refinancing and capital structureProviding financial leadership across major investments and capital allocation decisionsLeading long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modellingStrengthening investment governance and the financial evaluation of major business opportunitiesWorking closely with banks, lenders, auditors, advisors, senior executives and Board-level stakeholdersSupporting complex joint ventures, partnerships and international operationsProviding strong financial leadership across a complex, multi-entity organisationWe are particularly interested in candidates who have built their career across the following areas:Early-career experience within a Big Four audit firm — PwC, Deloitte, EY or KPMGSignificant subsequent experience within corporate finance and senior finance leadershipStrong exposure to M&A and complex transactions, including negotiationsHands-on experience with funding, debt and financingPrevious experience operating as a CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leaderExperience within a large, capital-intensive organisationCandidates from infrastructure, logistics, ports & terminals, oil & gas, mining and other asset-intensive industries will be particularly relevant.This is a Jeddah-based position.For a confidential discussion, please reach out directly.
