Location: Dallas, TexasWorking Model: Hybrid – two days onsite per weekCompensation: $400,000 base salary, plus executive bonus and stockThe Opportunity:A major Healthcare organisation is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead its enterprise data strategy and play a pivotal role in a company-wide artificial intelligence transformation.This is a highly visible executive leadership position with the opportunity to shape how data, analytics, and AI are used across the entire organization.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will build the strategy, capabilities, and operating model required to turn enterprise data into measurable business value.The successful candidate must be located in the Dallas area and able to work onsite two days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company-wide data and analytics strategy.Play a central leadership role in the organization’s enterprise AI initiative.Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI, advanced analytics, and machine learning across the business.Build an AI-ready data foundation that enables trusted, scalable, and responsible adoption.Partner with executive leaders to translate business priorities into data, analytics, and AI programs.Lead and develop high-performing teams across data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, data science, and governance.Modernize the organization’s data platforms, architecture, reporting capabilities, and analytics operating model.Establish strong standards for data quality, ownership, governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI.Create executive-level reporting and insights that support faster, more informed decision-making.Develop a clear roadmap for moving AI initiatives from experimentation into scalable production environments.Evaluate strategic technology, consulting, and vendor partnerships.Champion a data-driven culture across the organization and improve adoption among business stakeholders.Candidate ProfileSignificant executive leadership experience across enterprise data, analytics, or artificial intelligence.Proven success defining and delivering a data strategy within a large, complex organization.Experience leading company-wide transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud architecture, data governance, advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.Demonstrated ability to connect technical investments with commercial and operational priorities.Experience building, restructuring, and developing multidisciplinary data and analytics teams.Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, boards, and business stakeholders.A practical approach to AI adoption, balancing innovation with governance, scalability, security, and return on investment.Must currently be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Dallas–Fort Worth area.Why Consider This Opportunity?Take a leading role in a highly visible, company-wide AI transformation.Shape the future of data and analytics across a major organization.Work directly with executive leadership on business-critical priorities.Build and influence an enterprise capability with significant investment and sponsorship.Receive a highly competitive executive package consisting of a $400,000 base salary, annual bonus, and stock.Benefit from a flexible hybrid structure requiring only two days onsite per week in Dallas.This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking data executive who wants to build something meaningful, influence enterprise strategy, and position a major organization at the forefront of AI-driven transformation.
