Vice President, EMEA - Microbiology Diagnostics

With a strong reputation for scientific excellence and continuous innovation, the business is seeking a commercially driven Vice President, EMEA to lead one of its largest international regions.This is a high-impact executive leadership role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing commercial strategy, operational performance, and sustainable business growth across EMEA and India. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will act as the regional General Manager, leading all commercial and operational activities across the region.ResponsibilitiesOwn full P&L responsibility for a regional business.Develop and execute the commercial strategy across EMEA and India.Lead and develop multifunctional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Operations.Deliver sustainable revenue growth and improve profitability.Identify new market opportunities and accelerate business expansion across Environmental, Human, Animal and Food Safety diagnostics.Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners.Drive operational excellence through forecasting, performance management and commercial execution.Collaborate with global leadership on product strategy, innovation and long-term business planning.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer success.Requirements15–20+ years of commercial leadership experience within the diagnostics or life sciences industry.Strong expertise in microbiology diagnostics, ideally spanning Environmental, Human, Animal and Food Safety markets.Proven success leading large international commercial organisations with full P&L ownership.Experience operating as a General Manager with responsibility for multiple business functions.Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent revenue growth and strategic transformation across complex international markets.Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries and cultures.BA degree required; an advanced scientific or business qualification is advantageous.Fully remote position based anywhere in Europe with international travel across EMEA and India.Please apply using the link below to discuss further.
