Vice President - Enterprise Systems – SIEM & SPLUNK

VP – Enterprise SystemsThe VP – Enterprise Systems will lead the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of the enterprise technology environment, spanning enterprise infrastructure, systems management, monitoring and observability, cloud platforms, networking, security/SIEM, automation, and technology operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a resilient, secure, highly automated and scalable technology ecosystem while balancing technical depth with strategic leadership, people management, architecture, roadmap ownership, and executive stakeholder engagement. The role operates in close alignment with the US business and requires working the mandatory Nashville Shift, approximately 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (flexible), with occasional weeknight/weekend work during planned production implementations and maintenance windows.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Technology LeadershipOwn the strategy, operating model and delivery of Enterprise Systems and Technology Operations.Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities.Drive modernization across infrastructure, systems, cloud and enterprise technology platforms.Establish technology standards, architecture principles and operational best practices.Improve reliability, scalability, security and cost efficiency across the technology environment.Infrastructure, Systems & CloudLead enterprise infrastructure and systems management across on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments.Oversee systems availability, capacity, performance, networking and infrastructure operations.Drive adoption and optimization of cloud and hybrid-cloud technologies.Ensure enterprise platforms are resilient, scalable and designed for business continuity.Partner with engineering and architecture teams on platform modernization.Monitoring, Observability & SecurityEstablish enterprise-wide monitoring, telemetry and observability capabilities.Oversee infrastructure and application monitoring, event management and operational visibility.Partner with cybersecurity teams on SIEM, security monitoring and detection capabilities.Ensure technology operations incorporate appropriate security, risk and compliance controls.Drive proactive identification and resolution of availability, performance and security issues.Automation & Operational ExcellenceDrive automation across infrastructure, systems management and technology operations.Identify opportunities to use AI and intelligent automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.Establish measurable improvements in availability, incident management, response times and operational costs.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering-led operations.Leadership & People ManagementBuild, lead and develop high-performing enterprise technology teams.Provide strategic and technical direction across multiple technology disciplines.Develop leadership capability, succession planning and technical talent.Establish clear accountability, performance expectations and operating rhythms.Stakeholder & Program LeadershipPartner with senior business, technology, security and engineering stakeholders.Translate business requirements into technology strategy and execution.Lead large-scale technology transformation and modernization programs.Communicate technology strategy, risks, investments and outcomes to executive leadership.Manage technology priorities, budgets, vendors and strategic partners.Work ScheduleNashville Shift — MandatoryWorking Hours: Approximately 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Flexible) to provide US/Nashville business-hour coverage.The role may also require weeknight and weekend availability during planned production implementations, maintenance windows and critical technology activities where necessary to minimize business disruption.Experience & QualificationsSignificant senior leadership experience across Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure, Technology Operations or Enterprise IT.Strong technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, systems management, networking, cloud and monitoring/observability.Experience with enterprise security technologies, including SIEM and security monitoring.Demonstrated experience leading technology modernization, automation and transformation programs.Experience managing large, multidisciplinary technology teams.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, technology roadmaps and operational strategy.Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.Experience managing budgets, vendors and complex technology programs.Strong combination of technical credibility, strategic thinking and people leadership.Willingness to work the mandatory Nashville Shift is required.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role will be measured by the ability to create a secure, resilient, highly observable and increasingly automated enterprise technology environment, while improving operational efficiency, strengthening technology capabilities and developing a high-performing technology organization.
