VP / Director of Fab Engineering - Temecula, CA - $190,000-$260,000Ready to take ownership of a semiconductor fab engineering organization and actually shape how it operates? This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader to build the team, raise the technical bar, and directly influence fab performance at a growing semiconductor technology company. You’ll have real ownership, direct executive visibility, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on both the people and the technology.Who you are:15+ years of semiconductor fab, process engineering, process integration, equipment engineering, or manufacturing experience with proven engineering leadership.Proven experience leading and developing semiconductor engineering teams, ideally 20+ people, while creating structure, accountability, mentorship, and cross-training.Deep expertise in 1–2 process areas with broad knowledge across lithography, metrology, dry/wet etch, diffusion, process integration, equipment, and fab operations.Hands-on technical leader who can jump into difficult process and manufacturing problems while still developing and holding engineers accountable.Strong communicator who can translate executive priorities into clear direction for the engineering organization.What you’ll do:Take ownership of a critical fab engineering organization and set the technical direction, structure, and accountability needed to perform at a higher level.Lead and develop Process Engineering while partnering closely across Process Integration, Equipment, Manufacturing, and Operations.Stay close to the fab—driving root-cause investigations, process improvements, tool/recipe issues, downtime, particles, yield challenges, and production priorities.Build a stronger engineering organization through mentoring, 1:1s, cross-training, technical guidance, and better coverage across the manufacturing schedule.Work directly with executive leadership to turn business and manufacturing priorities into engineering execution.Why work here:Real ownership—you’re not inheriting a role where everything is already figured out.
