Employment Type: Full-timeClient Confidentiality: Confidential Client (Leading Real Estate Developer)Reporting to - Chief Financial Officer & CEO/FounderAbout the RoleOn behalf of a prestigious and rapidly expanding Real Estate Development company in the UAE, we are seeking an accomplished VP of Finance to lead overall financial strategy, capital structuring, fundraising, and digital transformation initiatives.As a strategic financial leader, you will partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders to drive project viability, optimize capital allocation, and ensure sustainable business growth across major development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership: Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business growth, advise the Board on capital deployment, and evaluate new investment/joint-venture opportunities.Fundraising & Capital Structuring: Lead debt and equity fundraising strategies, structure project/corporate financing, and build strong relationships with banks, private investors, and family offices across the GCC.Digital Transformation & AI: Champion the finance digitalization roadmap by integrating AI, RPA, and advanced BI analytics into ERP systems to optimize processes and decision-making.Project Financing & Feasibility: Oversee detailed feasibility models (IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis), land acquisitions, and negotiate complex financing facilities.Escrow & Regulatory Governance: Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate escrow account regulations, financial reporting (IFRS), corporate governance, and UAE Corporate Tax & VAT requirements.Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing finance, treasury, accounting, and compliance team.Candidate Profile & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with at least 10–15 years dedicated to Real Estate Development, Property Development, Construction, or Real Estate Investment within the UAE/GCC region.Education & Professional Credentials:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.Professional designation required: CFA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA, or equivalent.Core Competencies: Proven track record in project financing, capital structuring, escrow management, digital finance automation, and executive stakeholder management.How to ApplyIf you meet the experience requirements within the UAE/GCC real estate sector and are interested in leading a dynamic, technology-enabled finance function, please apply directly or submit your application confidentially.
