Vice President – Finance (Real Estate & Capital Markets)

Please note that candidates with prior Real Estate Developer experience are strongly preferred.We are currently mandating a search on behalf of a leading real estate developer in the UAE to identify a high-caliber Vice President – Finance. This key executive position will take direct ownership of corporate financial strategy, large-scale capital raising, project finance structuring, and banking/investor relationships to support rapid expansion. Key Mandate Focus:Capital Raising & Deal Execution: Originate, structure, and execute fundraising across debt, equity, structured finance, and private capital from initial deal structuring through financial close. Banking & Investor Relations: Leverage and manage direct relationships with regional/international commercial banks, private equity funds, institutional investors, and family offices. Project & Real Estate Finance: Direct financial modeling, project feasibility evaluations, capital optimization, and oversight of RERA / Escrow account mechanics. Financial Strategy & Treasury: Lead long-term FP&A, liquidity, cash flow forecasting, financial risk management, and governance while mentoring an established finance team. Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience: 12+ years of progressive finance leadership, with a major emphasis on real estate development finance and project funding. Market Track Record: Direct, hands-on UAE market experience with a proven history of closing complex debt/equity facilities. Network: Strong, active network with GCC financial institutions, lenders, and institutional investors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CA, CFA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA Finance heavily preferred.
