Vice President - Head of Engineering
Provlo · Delhi, India
قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجCompany Description Provlo is a verified second brain for government officers. It holds a Ministry’s schemes, guidelines, statistics, Parliament records and field reports as a single structured record, where every figure carries its source and its date, and where a laid Parliament answer outranks an internal deck.On that record, Provlo runs AI agents that do the work itself: pull the right figures, reconcile them across sources, test a scheme against its own guidelines, build a review brief, or answer a question the way the Ministry has already answered it in the House. When the work has to become a document, the agents produce it in the exact Government of India format, from a file noting to a Parliamentary Question reply, in line with CSMOP, the Lok Sabha manuals and the RTI Act, 2005.Role Description The VP of Engineering owns delivery. Set engineering standards, enforce disciplined version control and code review, and keep delivery fast without letting quality slip.• Government integration. Own product-level integration with e-Office, NIC hosting and configuration, and the ingestion of ministerial records.• Security. Enforce the security architecture day to day: SHA-256 transaction logging, Ed25519 agent signatures, and the controls required for STQC audit and on-premise deployment.Qualifications• 8 to 10 or more years in software engineering, delivery management or systems architecture at established IT enterprises, including time spent leading teams.• Hands-on experience running product sprint cycles, building enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, and deploying secure cloud or on-premise systems.• A track record of delivering software, integrations or data pipelines for Indian Union Ministries, NIC or MeitY systems.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related engineering discipline.Preferred• Familiarity with Indian enterprise ecosystems, NASSCOM-affiliated initiatives or national public digital platforms.• Working knowledge of STQC security audit guidelines, national data storage and localisation mandates, and secure enterprise deployment practices.
