Vice President Hospitality Operations - Ultra-Luxury Hospitality Group, Saudi ArabiaLocation: Saudi ArabiaPackage: US$300,000 + housing + comprehensive relocation and executive benefitsAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Vice President of Hospitality Operations to join a highly prestigious and rapidly expanding ultra-luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia.This is a senior group-level leadership position for an accomplished hospitality executive with a proven track record across ultra-luxury hotels, resorts and destinations.The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across a growing portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, service, F&B, culinary, spa and wellness.Responsibilities:Provide senior operational leadership across a portfolio of ultra-luxury properties. Develop and implement group-wide hospitality standards and operating strategies. Provide oversight across F&B, Culinary, Spa & Wellness and guest experience. Partner with General Managers and senior leadership teams to drive operational and commercial performance. Support new openings, property transitions and the integration of new assets. Develop and mentor high-calibre hospitality leadership teams. Work closely with ownership, investors and senior stakeholders to deliver the group's vision. Requirements:We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished luxury hospitality executive with:Significant group, regional or multi-property experience within ultra-luxury hospitality. Strong exposure across F&B, Culinary and Spa/Wellness at a group or regional level. Experience with leading international luxury hotel groups or independent ultra-luxury operators. A sophisticated understanding of UHNW guest expectations and luxury service. Strong commercial and operational acumen. Experience leading and developing senior General Managers and executive teams. The credibility to operate at Board, ownership and senior executive level. An international mindset and experience working across multiple markets.
