As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will advise senior leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change while providing leadership across the broader HR function.

Define and execute the enterprise Human Resources strategy, translating business priorities into talent, workforce, organizational, and leadership initiativesStrengthen organizational capability through succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and targeted employee development programsShape compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, employee retention, and financial objectivesBuild a connected HR organization by establishing consistent practices, developing HR leadership, and balancing enterprise standards with local business requirementsAdvise executive leadership through organizational change, workforce decisions, employee relations matters, regulatory requirements, and significant business transformationsAdvance HR infrastructure through improved systems, analytics, policies, processes, and workforce insights that enable stronger business decisions and organizational performanceCiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
