Day-to-day responsibilities include leading IT teams, managing enterprise systems, and ensuring that infrastructure, applications, and data services are stable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. This role collaborates closely with executive leadership and business units to analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive technology-enabled transformation. The Vice President Information System directs network security initiatives, oversees major IT and digital transformation projects, and manages vendor relationships and technology budgets. The position also sets standards for governance, compliance, and risk management, while fostering a culture of innovation, service, and continuous learning within the IT function.Qualifications Strong background in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, and application management.Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, assessing performance, and making evidence-based decisions.Experience improving Business Process through technology, including workflow optimization and automation.Demonstrated expertise in Network Security, cybersecurity best practices, and risk mitigation.Proven Project Management skills for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.Leadership experience managing diverse technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are beneficial.Experience in remote team management and familiarity with modern collaboration tools and practices.
