The organization is in an active growth phase and is investing in technology, data, and scalable infrastructure to support continued expansion and operational improvement.Job Title - Vice President, Information TechnologyLocation - Remote in the US; must be able to work Eastern Time hoursRole Type - Direct hireMust Have Skills:Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and optimizing a market-leading ERP platform such as NetSuite, Sage, or a comparable enterprise solutionExperience implementing and optimizing a leading CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable solutionChange leadership experience: Must be capable of leading significant technology transformation, with particular emphasis on user adoption and change management.Strong data and analytics leadership across data architecture, data warehousing, governance, reporting, dashboarding, and KPI measurementProven ability and willingness to operate as both a strategic technology leader and a hands-on contributor within a lean teamPractical AI leadership experience, including identifying and implementing AI use cases that improve internal productivity as well as customer experience and business performanceResponsibilities and Job Details:Lead the development and execution of our client's enterprise technology strategy, aligning technology investments with business objectives and growth initiativesProvide executive leadership across enterprise applications, infrastructure, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologiesLead major ERP, CRM, and other enterprise system implementations and optimization initiativesDevelop a scalable data and analytics strategy that provides leadership with greater visibility into KPIs, business performance, and opportunities for improvementIdentify and implement practical AI opportunities across employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and top-line growthEstablish technology standards, governance, and operating processes that improve reliability, responsiveness, security, and scalabilityPartner closely with executive and functional leaders to prioritize technology initiatives, communicate trade-offs, and drive adoptionSupport technology integration and standardization as the organization continues to growBuild trusted relationships across the organization and lead significant technology and process change through influence and collaborationEvaluate technology investments through a business and value-creation lens, balancing scalability, speed, cost, and expected returnOperate effectively in a lean environment where senior leaders remain actively involved in execution rather than solely delegatingReport to a senior executive leader and provide clear visibility into technology priorities, performance, risks, and opportunities
