Vice President Investment Banking

Main Responsibilities:1. Execute comprehensive corporate finance operations, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), capital market refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financial advisory services.2. Oversee listing guidance, maintain client relationships, lead teams in conducting due diligence, and liaise with intermediaries and regulatory authorities.3. Manage investment project initiation, strategy formulation, and channel analysis.4. Evaluate potential transactions through market research, valuation analysis, and financial framework assessment.5. Prepare corporate presentations and business proposals.6. Assist in managing and leading teams, guiding them to complete various projects.7. Assist in high-intensity business trips or on-site visits upon project or work requirements.8. Provide support to senior management in maintaining relationships with investors, investees, and business partners.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.2. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification preferred.3. At least 8 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking or other professional services industries.4. Substantial knowledge of listing rules，takeovers code and relevant regulatory requirements.5. Holder of Type 6 Responsible Officer license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).7. Willingness to travel frequently for work.
