Vice President – Infrastructure & Energy Investment Banking | LondonAn established investment bank in London is adding a Vice President to its Infrastructure & Energy team. The platform advises corporate clients, financial sponsors, and infra funds on cross-border M&A, divestments, and strategic advisory across clean energy, infrastructure, and energy transition.Key ResponsibilitiesLead transaction execution end-to-end across infrastructure and energy M&AOversee complex financial models, asset valuations, and transaction structuring for regulated, contracted, and merchant assets.Coordinate due diligence workstreams alongside external technical, legal, and financial advisers.Lead the drafting of pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and client deliverables.Support origination initiatives and manage the day-to-day workload and development of Associates and Analysts.Candidate Profile6–8 years in investment banking with a demonstrable track record of closed M&A transactions in infrastructure or energy.Prior experience from an established investment bank essential; credit, project finance lending, and non-IB advisory profiles are not a fit.Proven ability to run transactions independently and manage client workstreams from kickoff to completion.Deep technical modeling and valuation skillset across core infra and energy transition assets.Strong commercial presence with the credibility to sit opposite senior clients and infrastructure investors.
