Vice President Investment Banking

We are currently working with a growing M&A advisory firm in London looking to add a Senior Associate / Vice President to its team.This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to take on greater ownership of transactions within a lean, entrepreneurial environment, working closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal process.The role will involve end-to-end M&A execution, including managing key transaction workstreams, financial analysis and valuation, coordinating due diligence processes, preparing transaction materials, managing junior team members and maintaining day-to-day client interaction.The ideal profile will have:Strong M&A experience from an investment bank or corporate finance advisory firmA track record of successfully completed transactionsExperience across the full M&A lifecycleStrong modelling, valuation and technical capabilitiesExperience managing transaction workstreams and junior team membersStrong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clientsFor candidates at VP level, previous exposure to business services, technology-enabled services or related sectors is preferredThe team operates with relatively lean deal teams, providing significant responsibility and exposure from an early stage.
