Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole DescriptionA Vice President – Investment Banking leads investment banking transactions, client relationships, financial analysis, and strategic advisory activities, supporting capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of investment banking transactions and advisory mandates.Manage client relationships and support business development activities.Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and transaction assessments.Develop financial models, pitch books, presentations, and transaction materials.Support M&A, IPOs, equity/debt offerings, and corporate finance transactions.Coordinate due diligence, transaction processes, and documentation.Analyze market, industry, company, and financial trends.Prepare strategic recommendations and transaction proposals.Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders.Review transaction structures, financial assumptions, and valuation methodologies.Manage transaction timelines, deliverables, and internal resources.Support negotiations and preparation of term sheets and transaction documentation.Monitor regulatory, market, and transaction-related requirements.Review work prepared by analysts and associates for accuracy and quality.Prepare transaction updates and presentations for senior management and clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Significant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or financial advisory.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.Experience with M&A, capital markets, fundraising, or corporate finance transactions.Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-management abilities.Experience managing transaction teams, timelines, and multiple priorities.Strong commercial and financial awareness.CFA, MBA, ACCA, CPA, or related qualification is advantageous.Knowledge of UAE/GCC financial markets and regulations is advantageous.High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Strong leadership, relationship-management, and business-development skills.
