The team advises clients on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions as energy infrastructure increasingly intersects with power, utilities, industrials, and digital infrastructure.About the opportunityThis is an opportunity for a Vice President to take a leading role in transaction execution and client development within a well-established energy franchise. The successful candidate will bring strong M&A judgment, the ability to manage complex processes, and the confidence to work closely with senior bankers and clients. The team is particularly interested in bankers who can connect midstream expertise with the broader changes shaping energy infrastructure.Key responsibilitiesLead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across midstream and related energy infrastructure sectorsManage transaction workstreams, including valuation, financial analysis, marketing materials, due diligence, and negotiationsServe as a key point of contact for clients, counterparties, and external advisors throughout live processesDevelop transaction ideas and materials that support new business and deepen client relationshipsWork across sector teams where midstream, power, utilities, industrials, and digital infrastructure convergeSupervise and develop Associates and Analysts, setting a high standard for analysis, materials, and executionSkills and experienceInvestment banking experience at the senior Associate or Vice President level, with meaningful exposure to midstream or energy infrastructureA strong M&A execution background and the ability to run multiple workstreams with limited oversightSound valuation and financial modeling skills, paired with commercial judgment and clear communicationExperience working directly with senior bankers, clients, and external advisorsAn interest in building a broader energy infrastructure practice as client needs evolveWhat’s on offerA senior execution role within an established energy advisory platformDirect access to senior leadership and meaningful client responsibilityExposure to transactions across midstream and adjacent infrastructure sectorsThe opportunity to help shape a growing area of the franchiseCompetitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits packageAll expressions of interest will be handled with full discretion and treated in the strictest confidence.
