Vice President- IT & Security

Job DescriptionThe Vice President, IT & Security is the enterprise leader responsible for global infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, and technology resilience. This role ensures reliability, security, and scalability across digital ecosystem — including SAP, Shopify, Snowflake, AI platforms, commerce channels, and global workforce systems.This leader drives operational excellence while building the next-generation technology foundation required to support global expansion, omnichannel growth, and responsible AI innovation.Key Responsibilities1. Global Infrastructure & IT Operations

• Lead all infrastructure functions including cloud, network, identity, endpoints, laptops/devices, and site support.
• Oversee reliability and performance for SAP, Shopify, Snowflake, AI systems, and core enterprise SaaS.
• Manage the global service desk with a focus on exceptional employee experience.
• Own disaster recovery, global business continuity, and capacity planning.2. Cybersecurity & Risk Management
• Develop and execute a cybersecurity roadmap aligned to growth and AI-first strategy.
• Lead threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and enterprise resilience.
• Oversee data protection, privacy controls, and compliance across GDPR, CCPA, PCI, SOC2, and evolving AI regulations.
• Protect brand and consumer-facing assets across social, creator, DTC, Amazon, and emerging commerce platforms.3. AI Security & Responsible AI Controls
• Implement secure-by-design practices for AI systems, including LLMs, agents, and data pipelines.
• Partner with Data & AI teams to ensure secure access, monitoring, and governance for AI tools and models.
• Maintain enterprise-wide AI risk controls, policies, and safe-use standards.4. IT Governance, Policy & Compliance
• Maintain enterprise IT policies, standards, and audit readiness.
• Lead vendor risk management across infrastructure, SaaS, managed services, and AI tools.
• Provide operational and risk reporting to the CDIO and support Board/Audit Committee updates.5. Leadership, People & Culture
• Lead a global team across IT infrastructure, security, service delivery, and operations.
• Develop and mentor leaders; build strong global bench strength for the next phase of scale.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, speed, and kindness.
• Drive technology best practices and security awareness across the enterprise.Key Qualifications
• 10–15+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity leadership in high-growth or consumer-facing environments.
• Deep experience in cloud, network, identity, and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with AI systems, LLM security, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong understanding of SAP, Shopify, Snowflake, and modern SaaS architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global technology operations with excellence in uptime and user experience.
• High EQ and strong communication skills; effective with cross-functional executives and Board stakeholders.
