The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Bangladesh apparel industry and a strong network with international buyers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead merchandising and marketing operations for Bangladesh.Acquire new USA-based apparel customers and expand existing relationships.Drive business across Jackets, Bottoms, Shirts, and Shorts.Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams for seamless execution.Negotiate commercial terms and manage key customer accounts.Identify new business opportunities and optimize manufacturing capacity.Build and lead a high-performing merchandising team.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Marketing, Business Development, Merchandising and Marketing, Stakeholder ManagementExperience RequirementsAt least 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional Requirements15+ years of experience in Merchandising, Marketing, or Business Development within the Apparel & Garment Manufacturing industry.Strong experience with Bangladesh apparel manufacturers/exporters.Proven track record of acquiring and managing USA-based customers.Strong knowledge of garment costing, product development, sourcing, and supply chain.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Job LocationChattogram (Chattogram EPZ)
