Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout UnduitUnduit is a fast-growing leader in IT Asset Lifecycle Management. We help mid-market and enterprise organizations manage the full device lifecycle — procurement, deployment, repair, redeployment, and secure end-of-life — through a modern SaaS platform, global logistics infrastructure, and 60+ modular workflow apps. We serve customers across 100+ countries, including some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Two forces are converging in our favor. Enterprises are under real pressure to account for every device they own, and sustainability and data-security regulation is turning IT asset disposition from a back-office cost line into a board-level reporting problem. We are entering the phase of growth where category leadership, demand generation, and market visibility will decide who wins. The RoleWe are hiring a VP of Marketing to own Unduit’s entire marketing function and its contribution to revenue. You will report directly to the CEO, sit on the executive team, own the marketing budget, and be fully accountable for lead generation and go-to-market for our products. This is not a brand-stewardship role, and it is not a campaign-management role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a growth leader — funnel math, experiments, channel economics, automation — but who has the range to also run positioning, product launches, PR, and analyst relations for an enterprise buyer with a long, committee-driven sales cycle. You will inherit a marketing team spanning our US and Pakistan operations. We expect you to raise its output substantially without a proportional increase in headcount. What You Will OwnStrategy, Budget and Accountability
- Own marketing strategy end to end and tie it directly to company revenue targets, reporting to the CEO.
- Own the marketing budget, forecast, and channel allocation — including the authority to reallocate spend mid-quarter based on performance.
- Carry a number. Your primary KPIs are marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, opportunity creation, CAC and CAC payback, and contribution to win rate — not MQLs or raw lead volume.
- Represent marketing at the leadership level and help shape company strategy, pricing posture, and which markets and segments we pursue next.Demand Generation and Pipeline
- Build a full-funnel demand engine that blends compounding organic authority with paid distribution across search, social, and syndication.
- Run account-based programs against our named enterprise target list — coordinated advertising, content, outbound, and events aimed at buying committees rather than individual leads.
- Stand up signal-based demand. Use intent data, technographic and firmographic signals, refresh-cycle and hiring triggers, and product and website behavior to tell sales who to contact and when.
- Own lifecycle and email marketing, webinars, and field marketing — including the industry events where our buyers actually are (IAITAM, Gartner IOCS, and equivalents).
- Partner with sales and RevOps on routing, SLAs, pipeline coverage, and forecast hygiene. Marketing and sales run off one set of numbers.
- Build a measurable partner and channel marketing motion for the resellers, MSPs, and logistics partners we work with globally.Product Marketing and Go-to-Market
- Own GTM for our products: positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging input, and launch execution across the platform and our 60+ modular apps.
- Turn a broad product surface into a small number of sharp, buyable stories. Decide what we lead with by segment, geography, and buyer persona.
- Own sales enablement: pitch narrative, decks, one-pagers, ROI and TCO models, objection handling, and competitive battlecards that AEs actually use.
- Run structured win/loss analysis and feed it back into positioning, roadmap, and pricing.
- Own competitive intelligence — know the other players in ITAM, ITAD, and device lifecycle better than they know themselves.Search, AI Answer Engines and Content
- Own organic visibility across both traditional search and AI answer engines. A growing share of our buyers now begin their research in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot rather than on a results page. Your job is to make Unduit the source those systems cite.
- Build the foundation that makes that possible: clean entity and schema markup, comparison and alternatives pages, authoritative category and glossary content, original research and benchmark data, and presence on the third-party sources these models draw from.
- Measure it as a first-class channel. Report on citation rate and share of voice in AI answers alongside rankings, traffic, and pipeline.
- Direct the content strategy that compounds: category education, buyer-stage content, customer proof, and the sustainability and compliance narrative — e-waste, certified data destruction, CSRD and Scope 3 reporting — that increasingly drives our deals.
- Build Unduit’s standing on B2B review platforms (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius) as both a conversion asset and a source AI systems cite.Brand, PR and Analyst Relations
- Own brand and positioning company-wide, with consistency across every customer and market-facing touchpoint.
- Lead PR, media, and analyst relations to establish Unduit in the ITAM and ITAD category — including getting us properly represented in the analyst evaluations our enterprise buyers read before they shortlist.
- Build distribution through people, not just channels. Executive and subject-matter-expert presence on LinkedIn and video, customer and partner voices, podcasts, and community. Treat the CEO and our technical leaders as a distribution asset and run that program deliberately.Team, Operations and AI Leverage
- Lead, unify, and grow the marketing team across the US and Pakistan — setting direction, standards, and a working model that genuinely functions across time zones.
- Design the function for leverage. We expect you to use AI and automation to raise output per person materially — content production, research, enrichment, reporting, campaign operations — and to hire against what remains, not against an org chart from five years ago.
- Own the marketing and GTM tech stack, data plumbing, attribution model, and reporting. Attribution is imperfect; build a blended view (multi-touch, self-reported attribution, and holdout testing) and be honest about what it can and cannot tell us.
- Run a visible experimentation cadence: a standing set of tests, clear read criteria, and the discipline to kill what does not work and fund what does. What Success Looks LikeFirst 90 Days
- A clear view of our current funnel economics — what is working, what is noise, and what we have been paying for that we should not be.
- A positioning and messaging framework the sales team is actively using.
- A budget and channel plan for the next four quarters, with a stated pipeline target attached to it.First 12 Months
- A predictable, measurable pipeline contribution that sales can forecast against.
- Unduit visible and cited in the places our buyers research — search, AI answers, review platforms, and analyst coverage.
- A marketing team producing at a level that would previously have required materially more headcount. What We Are Looking For
- You have led marketing at a B2B company selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers — SaaS, tech-enabled services, or enterprise IT. Purely self-serve or PLG backgrounds are usually not a fit for our sales motion.
- You have scaled a marketing function through a real growth phase and can point to the pipeline and revenue numbers you were personally accountable for.
- You have owned a marketing budget and been measured on pipeline, CAC, and ROI — not on activity or output volume.
- You have genuine range across demand generation and paid, product marketing and positioning, search and content, PR and analyst relations, lifecycle, partner marketing, and brand. You do not need to be world-class at all of it, but you need to be able to direct all of it and know who to hire for the gaps.
- You have built functions and programs from zero, with the judgment to sequence — to know what Unduit needs this quarter versus what can wait a year.
- You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have informed opinions about where they create leverage in a marketing organization and where they simply produce noise.
- You have built or led distributed teams and can make an offshore team a genuine capability rather than an execution queue.
- You operate well as a strategic partner to a CEO, with the autonomy and ambiguity that comes with a lean, fast-moving company.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, and a real working partnership with sales and customer success.
