Vice President of Digital Transformation

VP of Transformation | Leading Bank | DubaiOur client, a prominent bank in Dubai, is seeking a hands-on VP of Transformation to drive end-to-end delivery of critical programmes.This is not a PMO or governance-heavy role. We need a proven delivery leader who thrives in the detail — someone who has personally led complex transformations from design through to successful implementation and benefits realisation within banking.The OpportunityYou will own the full lifecycle of high-impact transformation programmes spanning digital, technology, operating model, and customer experience. Working closely with C-level stakeholders, you will roll up your sleeves, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives land on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes.What We’re Looking ForSignificant hands-on delivery experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within Tier 1 global banks (strongly preferred)Proven track record of end-to-end ownership — strategy translation, execution, stakeholder management, and tangible results deliveryDeep understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory environmentsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior leadersExperience operating in complex, matrixed organisations across multiple workstreamsIdeally based in (or willing to relocate to) DubaiThis is a high-visibility role with direct impact on the bank’s strategic agenda.
