VP/Head of Engineering #2675Position Summary:Our partner is a large, established hospitality organization with more than 10,000 hotel rooms and 15,000 employees, embarking on a companywide digital transformation. Historically, customer-facing technology has been delivered through consulting partners and third-party platforms. The organization is now building its internal digital product engineering capability from the ground up to own and evolve the next generation of customer experiences.As the technical counterpart to a senior Product executive, this leader will establish the engineering vision, architecture, cloud strategy, AI-enabled development practices, and technical foundations that support multiple customer-facing digital platforms. This is a rare opportunity to build a modern product engineering organization inside a business with significant scale, established brands, and executive commitment.There is no mature software engineering organization to inherit.
