VP of Engineering | PortugalI’m looking to connect with experienced VPs of Engineering / Heads of Engineering / Engineering Directors based in Portugal for a senior technology leadership opportunity.You’ll take ownership of a growing engineering organisation, helping shape technical strategy, scale teams and improve how high-quality software is delivered.What we’re looking for:

• Strong software engineering background
• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams
• Leadership of Engineering Managers / technical leaders
• Strong understanding of software architecture and modern cloud environments
• Experience improving engineering processes, delivery and technical quality
• Comfortable partnering with Product and senior business stakeholders
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
