Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive leadership team, this executive will transform innovative technology into scalable commercial products while driving organizational growth and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the technology and product roadmap in partnership with Product and R&DLead global engineering organizations spanning silicon design, chip architecture, software, AI/ML, systems, and product engineeringDrive next-generation products from concept through commercializationPartner with strategic customers and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoptionEstablish scalable development processes, quality systems, and organizational structuresBuild and mentor high-performing technical leadership teamsCollaborate with executive leadership and the Board on strategic initiativesRequired Qualifications20+ years of technology leadership with a track record of delivering commercially successful SoC productsProven success leading engineering and product development organizationsExperience bringing complex hardware/software platforms to marketStrong background in semiconductor technologies, AI acceleration, embedded computing, or advanced system architecturesDemonstrated ability to scale organizations during rapid growthExperience managing geographically distributed engineering teamsPreferred ExperienceAI/ML, edge computing, semiconductor IP licensing and manufacturing, embedded systems, hardware/software co-design, AI infrastructure, advanced computing architecturesWhy This OpportunityA rare chance to join a company creating a fundamentally new approach to intelligent computing and shaping the next generation of AI-enabled products.
