Financial StrategyDevelop the financial strategy for Get Started V and its venture portfolio.You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and executive leadership on:• Financial planning• Capital requirements• Annual and multi-year budgets• Cash-flow management• Scenario planning• Runway forecasting• Capital allocation• Venture economics• Expansion economics• Financial risk managementYour responsibility is not simply reporting numbers.Your responsibility is helping leadership make better decisions with them.2. Venture Financial ModelsBuild institutional-quality financial models for Get Started V and individual ventures.Models should cover:• Revenue forecasts• Customer acquisition costs• Lifetime value• Gross margins• Operating expenses• Headcount planning• Cash burn• Runway• Break-even analysis• Funding requirements• Valuation scenarios• Base, upside, and downside casesEvery major venture should have a clear financial path from launch to scale.3. Fundraising & Investor ReadinessWork closely with the Founder & CEO on fundraising strategy and investor engagement.You will help prepare:• Financial sections of investor decks• Fundraising models• Investor data rooms• Financial due diligence materials• Capital requirements• Valuation analysis• Investor reporting• Board-level financial reporting• Scenario and return analysisYou should be comfortable discussing numbers with founders, investors, venture capital firms, family offices, strategic investors, and financial institutions.4. Capital AllocationA venture studio cannot fund every idea indefinitely.You will help establish a disciplined capital allocation framework determining:Build → Validate → Invest → Scale → Hold → Restructure → ExitCapital should follow evidence.You will develop financial criteria that help leadership determine which ventures should receive additional investment and which require strategic intervention.5. Portfolio FinanceCreate a portfolio-level financial view across Get Started V and its ventures.Leadership should be able to understand:• Capital invested by venture• Monthly burn• Revenue performance• Runway• Customer economics• Growth efficiency• Funding requirements• Financial risks• Expected returnsThe goal is to establish a clear financial command center for the venture portfolio.6. Unit EconomicsBuild rigorous unit-economic frameworks for each venture.Depending on the business model, this may include:• CAC• LTV• ARPU• Gross margin• Contribution margin• Churn• Payback period• Burn multiple• Revenue retention• Customer profitabilityGrowth without sustainable economics is not our objective.We want ventures capable of becoming financially strong, scalable companies.7. Financial Operations & ControlsBuild the finance operating infrastructure required to scale responsibly.This includes:• Budgeting processes• Expense controls• Management reporting• Cash management• Approval frameworks• Financial dashboards• Monthly financial reviews• Forecasting cycles• Procurement controls• Financial policiesThe objective is disciplined governance without unnecessary bureaucracy.8. Governance & ReportingEstablish professional financial reporting across the organization.Build reporting frameworks for:• Founder & CEO• Executive leadership• Venture CEOs• Boards• Investors• ShareholdersFinancial information should be accurate, timely, decision-oriented, and easy to understand.9. Saudi Arabia & GCC Financial EnvironmentThe role is based in Riyadh, and strong familiarity with the Saudi business environment is highly valuable.You should understand or be capable of navigating areas including:• Saudi corporate structures• Financial reporting• VAT and Zakat considerations• Startup financing• Venture capital transactions• Banking relationships• Saudi investment ecosystem• GCC expansion considerationsYou will work with external accounting, tax, audit, and legal specialists where specialist advice is required.10.
