This role oversees the design and execution of comprehensive financial education programs, including charting, technical analysis, and broader trading concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining curricula, collaborating with internal teams and external experts, and ensuring educational content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. The Vice President will manage budgets for educational initiatives, set measurable learning outcomes, and track program performance. The role also involves mentoring instructional staff, representing the education function in leadership meetings, and continuously improving learning experiences based on participant feedback and market trends.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Curriculum Development and Education skills, with experience creating structured learning programs in finance or trading.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills, with a track record of setting long-term educational goals and aligning initiatives with organizational strategy.Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, including managing program budgets and optimizing resources for educational impact.Advanced knowledge of financial markets, charting techniques, and technical analysis.Leadership experience in education, training, or learning and development, ideally within finance, trading, or fintech.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborate across time zones, and use digital learning platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Education, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are beneficial.
