Apply & track with Apply EdgeVICE PRESIDENT – FUNDRAISING & INTERNATIONAL PROJECT FINANCELocation: Dubai, UAEWork Model: HybridProject Focus: Indian Companies, Businesses, Properties & Eligible AssetsPosition Type: Senior Leadership / Project-BasedMarket: UAE–India / International InvestorsCompany DescriptionBLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a Corporate LegalTech company operating under the strategic management of the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is developing an international platform for corporate legal management, investment support, project finance, fundraising, and strategic business transactions.The Dubai platform will focus on creating international financial relationships and investment collaborations for Indian businesses and projects, including financing opportunities supported by eligible Indian properties, business assets, receivables, cash flows, and other legally acceptable security or investment structures.BLACKBULL is seeking an experienced fundraising professional who can independently develop international investor relationships, structure funding proposals, coordinate financing transactions, and contribute to successful capital deployment into qualified Indian projects.Role DescriptionVice President – Fundraising & International Project FinanceThe Vice President – Fundraising will be responsible for building and executing BLACKBULL's international fundraising strategy from Dubai, with a primary focus on arranging capital for qualified Indian companies, projects, businesses, and asset-backed opportunities.This is an execution-oriented position. The selected professional must have the capability to identify appropriate sources of capital, establish international relationships, structure funding proposals, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate due diligence, and support transactions through successful financial closure.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with international investors, private equity funds, venture capital firms, private-credit funds, family offices, financial institutions, strategic investors, and other legitimate sources of capital.- Build an international fundraising network from the Dubai/UAE financial market for Indian projects.- Identify suitable funding sources for Indian companies against eligible properties, assets, business cash flows, receivables, or other acceptable security structures.- Arrange equity, debt, structured finance, project finance, private credit, strategic investment, and profit-sharing investment solutions, subject to applicable laws and investor requirements.- Develop commercially viable investment structures offering appropriate combinations of interest, investment return, profit participation, equity participation, or other legally permissible consideration.- Evaluate project requirements, funding requirements, security coverage, repayment capacity, projected cash flows, and investment viability.- Prepare and coordinate investment proposals, financial presentations, investor memorandums, funding structures, and transaction documentation with the relevant professional teams.- Coordinate negotiations between Indian project owners and international investors/lenders.- Establish a structured UAE–India investment collaboration/PPP framework for mobilizing international capital into eligible Indian projects.- Develop mechanisms for appropriate monitoring of funded projects, cash flows, reserves, security arrangements, and investor protections, subject to applicable Indian and UAE laws and contractual arrangements.- Build a pipeline of fundable Indian projects and prioritize transactions based on investment feasibility, security coverage, cash-flow strength, and funding requirements.- Take responsibility for agreed fundraising mandates and work toward completing transactions within mutually agreed timelines.Asset-Backed Funding FocusBLACKBULL intends to explore funding structures for eligible Indian businesses and projects where financing may be supported by Indian real estate, business assets, receivables, operating cash flows, or other acceptable collateral/security.The professional should understand that financing percentages, valuation, loan-to-value ratios, investment returns, interest rates, profit-sharing arrangements, and security requirements will be determined case-by-case by the relevant investors/lenders, applicable regulations, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structure.The role is therefore not based on an automatic or guaranteed financing percentage; it requires the ability to structure transactions that are commercially and legally acceptable to capital providers.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have:- 10+ years of proven experience in fundraising, project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, private credit, structured finance, or financial advisory.- A demonstrable track record of successfully arranging capital rather than only providing consulting or advisory services.- Strong existing relationships with international investors, family offices, private equity/credit funds, banks, financial institutions, strategic investors, or other legitimate capital providers.- Strong understanding of Indian asset-backed financing and corporate fundraising.- Experience structuring equity, debt, project finance, acquisition finance, structured investment, or alternative financing transactions.- Excellent financial analysis, transaction structuring, negotiation, and investor presentation capabilities.- Strong understanding of investment risk, valuation, due diligence, security creation, cash-flow analysis, and transaction execution.- Ability to independently originate opportunities and convert qualified projects into fundable transactions.- Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai and Indian business and investment environment.- Excellent international communication and relationship-management skills.- High standards of confidentiality, ethics, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct.Performance-Based EngagementBLACKBULL is specifically seeking a professional who can execute fundraising mandates and deliver measurable results within agreed project timelines.The position offers:Equity participation + Salary/Professional Remuneration + Performance Benefits, with the exact structure to be mutually agreed based on experience, responsibilities, transaction pipeline, and contribution.Candidates who are primarily seeking a conventional employment position without responsibility for actual fundraising execution should not apply.Important RequirementThis position is intended for a fundraising and project-finance specialist with an established international network.Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate:1.
