This position will provide strategic direction for global supply chain and logistics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalable processes across diverse product segments and regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operational planning, setting performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives with sales, finance, and compliance teams. The role will supervise regional operations leaders, manage complex projects, and drive continuous improvement to support growth, risk management, and customer satisfaction. The Vice President will also contribute to executive decision-making, develop operational policies, and support digital transformation and data-driven optimization across the organization.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence, with a track record of leading large-scale, global operations.Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, including logistics, procurement, vendor management, and international trade compliance.Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with the ability to align operational initiatives with organizational growth and market expansion goals.Proven Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation for complex, cross-border projects.Extensive leadership experience in senior operations roles within international trade, logistics, or related sectors.Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making abilities and familiarity with modern ERP and supply chain systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for working with global partners and internal teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.Experience managing remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones.Knowledge of regulatory requirements, trade policies, and risk management practices in global markets.
