InnovationLead the company's AI strategy across multiple product lines and business functions.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for competitive differentiation.Oversee the development of advanced AI capabilities including:Agentic AI applicationsMulti-agent systemsAgent orchestration frameworksMCP (Model Context Protocol) integrationsWorkflow automation and decision-support systemsLarge Language Model applicationsEnsure responsible AI development practices, governance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.Market & Customer LeadershipEngage Looking ForRequired Experience10+ years of Product Management experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.5+ years leading Product Managers or Product organizations.Proven experience owning product strategy at the Director, VP, or executive leadership level.Demonstrated success building and scaling AI-driven products and platforms.Track record leading multiple 0→1 and scale-stage product initiatives.Experience managing cross-functional product organizations in high-growth environments.Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and deployment strategies.Experience with: Multi-agent systems, Agent orchestration, MCP integrations, AI workflow automation, LLM-powered applicationsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience influencing board-level, executive, and enterprise customer decision-making.Healthcare ExpertiseSignificant experience in Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, HealthTech, SaaS, or workflow automation platforms.Deep understanding of provider workflows, healthcare operations, and care delivery environments.Experience building solutions for hospitals, health systems, specialty practices, pharmacies, life sciences organizations, or payer ecosystems.Familiarity with medication access, prior authorization, revenue cycle, care coordination, or related healthcare workflows is highly preferred.Leadership ProfileStrategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with operational execution.Proven ability to scale teams, influence executives, and lead through ambiguity.Strong
