You'll take a proven enterprise SaaS platform used by some of Europe's and Latin America's best-known retailers and turn its sales function into a predictable revenue engine. Close the big deals, build the system behind them, and grow the team that runs it.About the company We are partnering with an AI-driven B2B SaaS scale-up in retail technology, headquartered in Barcelona. Its platform helps large retail chains engage and retain their customers, and it runs at serious scale across dozens of countries. Its focus on Spanish-speaking markets is a real edge against English-first competitors.What you'll do- Lead and close Tier-1 enterprise deals (around €300K average contract value) with large retail chains, working with Presales and the CTO on POCs and RFPs- Design and own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to signed contract, and cut friction out of the funnel- Own the CRM and sales tech stack (prospecting, engagement, conversational intelligence, BI), plus data quality and adoption- Run a regular forecast with the CRO and CEO, with dashboards on pipeline coverage, conversion, win rate, cycle length and ARR/NRR- Manage and coach a team of SDRs and Business Developers through clear KPIs and weekly pipeline reviews- Help hire the next wave of the team: Sales Ops, Partnerships and more BDsWhat we're looking for - 6+ years leading B2B SaaS sales teams- A track record closing six-figure enterprise deals with large retailers or similar Tier-1 accounts- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (you'll sell in both)- Scale-up experience: you've built process and tooling, not just hit quota- Strong CRM and forecasting discipline, and a coaching-first management styleNice to have: a background in loyalty, promotions, martech, CRM or retail tech, and an existing network in Spain and/or LatAm.What's on offer - A competitive base salary, plus commission on new sales and equity- A leadership role reporting to the CRO, with direct exposure to the CEO and the Board- Full ownership of process, stack, team and hiring plan- Barcelona HQ with a flexible schedule (short Fridays), 25 days' vacation, health insurance, training budget and flexible compensation
