In today`s world, digital and technology are the cornerstone of any successful business to enable robust service, as well as delivering a customer experience of excellence. MBA are no different. As they mature and scale there is a now a requirement to appoint a VP, Engineering to report into, but work alongside the Chief Product Officer.The VP will lead and develop the team and drive engineering innovation. You`ll seek to create a joined-up group who are excited by the future direction. There is much in the pipeline including the launch of a new mobile application and the continued journey of AI adoption. Now is the time to appoint a new leader who can shape and deliver best practice to the engineering discipline ensuring it`s delivering the required value and commercial return daily. The tech stack includes Python (Django, FastAPI), Postgresql and React amongst others.
