Apply & track with Apply EdgeTaft Brown Associates is currently partnering with a respectable healthcare organization in search of a Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Strategy to lead and transform enterprise-wide recruiting operations across a national platform.This organization is seeking a strong Talent Acquisition leader who is both strategic and operationally driven — someone capable of building, developing, and leading a high-performing recruiting function while remaining hands-on in execution.The ideal executive will have the ability to create scalable recruiting strategies, improve operational performance, develop talent acquisition infrastructure, and continuously drive results in a fast-paced growth environment.Position SummaryThe Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Strategy will provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives with a strong focus on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employer branding, candidate experience, and talent acquisition technology. This executive leader will develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that align with organizational growth objectives while building scalable processes and high-performing recruitment teams.The Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Strategy will partner closely with executive leadership, operational leaders, HR, marketing, and technology teams to ensure the organization attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.Strategic Talent Acquisition LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth and workforce objectives.Lead enterprise recruiting initiatives across corporate, operational, clinical, technical, and leadership functions.Build scalable recruitment models to support rapid organizational growth and evolving workforce needs.Establish recruiting metrics, analytics, and performance dashboards to drive data-based decision making.Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding labor market trends, workforce planning, and hiring strategies.Develop succession planning and talent pipeline strategies for critical positions.Technical Talent Acquisition StrategyLead recruiting strategies for all roles, with a focus on specialized talent including revenue-generating positions, clinical support staff.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive revenue-generating candidates in competitive markets.Build partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to create sustainable specialized talent pipelines.Partner with Operations leaders to understand future workforce capabilities and hiring priorities.Implement modern recruiting methodologies including AI-enabled sourcing, talent mapping, and predictive analytics.Operational LeadershipProvide leadership and oversight for all talent acquisition operations, processes, systems, and recruitment teams.Standardize recruiting workflows and implement best practices across the organization.Develop service-level expectations and accountability measures for recruiting performance.Lead workforce forecasting and hiring demand planning initiatives.Optimize recruitment operations to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager engagement.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and employment regulations related to hiring practices.Talent Acquisition Technology & SystemsEvaluate, implement, and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and recruitment technologies.Identify and implement software systems that improve recruiting efficiency, candidate engagement, reporting, and workforce analytics.Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between recruiting systems and broader HR technologies.Leverage automation, AI tools, and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate communication processes.Maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system effectiveness across recruitment platforms.Employer Branding & Talent MarketingDevelop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy that differentiates the organization in the marketplace.Partner with marketing and communications teams to strengthen the company’s employment brand across digital platforms, social media, and recruitment campaigns.Create targeted recruitment marketing initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality talent pools.Enhance organizational visibility through community engagement, networking events, conferences, and industry partnerships.Ensure brand consistency throughout all recruitment and onboarding touchpoints.Candidate Experience & Process ImprovementChampion a best-in-class candidate experience strategy focused on communication, transparency, and engagement.Design and implement candidate-centric recruiting processes that enhance the overall hiring journey.Develop interview standards, assessment processes, and onboarding partnerships to improve hiring outcomes.Utilize candidate feedback, surveys, and analytics to continuously improve recruiting processes.Foster a culture of responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building within the recruiting function.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
