Vice President Operations

About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Vice President / General Manager – Operations to take full leadership and P&L accountability for our advanced-manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead multiple manufacturing facilities and drive world-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity and sustainable growth.This is a top-table role for a proven manufacturing leader who builds and transforms operations not one who maintains the status quo.Key Responsibilities• Own the full Business P&L revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimisation and capital expenditure.• Lead all manufacturing operations across multiple sites: production, quality, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing and HSE.• Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, Industry 4.0 and automation.• Establish a Zero Harm, Zero Defects, continuous-improvement culture, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.• Maximise OEE, asset utilisation and operational KPIs through robust manufacturing strategy and capacity planning.• Build strong OEM customer relationships, ensuring successful program launches and delivery, quality and commercial commitments.• Drive supplier performance, strategic sourcing, inventory optimisation and supply-chain resilience.• Lead organisational transformation, governance, risk management and business continuity.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including 5+ years as Plant Head, Operations Director, GM or VP.Mandatory: Tier-1 Automotive / manufacturing experience supplying global OEMs.• Proven track record leading multiple facilities with full P&L responsibility.• Strong expertise across TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, automation and digital manufacturing.• Greenfield plant setup, commissioning and operational-readiness experience is a strong advantage.
