VP of Operations | 📍 Irvine, CA | 100% Onsite | 💰 $175K Base + Bonus OpportunityWe’re seeking a hands-on VP of Operations to join a growing healthcare/clinical laboratory business and help lead its next stage of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced operator who can build structure, develop leaders, improve processes, and turn priorities into execution.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day operations across multiple functions.Manage and develop department leaders.Build scalable processes, SOPs, KPIs, and accountability systems.Drive cross-functional projects from planning through completion.Partner with leadership on budgets, costs, vendors, and efficiency.Facilitate EOS rhythms, including L10s, Rocks, and scorecards.Identify operational opportunities and implement solutions.What We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience across multiple operational functions.Experience managing managers or department leaders.Strong track record in process improvement and operational execution.Comfortable with budgets, financials, and cost management.Strong project ownership and follow-through.Hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative leadership style.Strong communication, technology, and Excel skills.Healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or EOS experience is a plus.Why This Opportunity?Join a growing business where you’ll have real ownership and direct impact — building the systems, team, and operational foundation for the company's next chapter.Compensation & Benefits$175K base +open to negotiateMedical, dental & vision401(k) match up to 4%PTO + paid holidays$50K company-paid life insurancePrivate officeTeam events & growth opportunitiesIrvine, CA | Monday–Friday | 100% onsite | No regular travelIf you're an operator who enjoys building, improving, leading, and getting things done, we'd love to connect and share more on this opportunity.APPLY NOW!
