Vice President of Operations – HVAC / Plumbing / Hydronics$230K–$280K Base + Strong Performance-Based BonusGreater Washington/Oregon Region | Relocation AvailableAn established, $100M+ commercial HVAC, Plumbing & Hydronics manufacturer's representative organization with 200+ employees across multiple states is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its continued growth and expansion.This is an opportunity to take ownership of operations across multiple businesses, work directly with the President, and help shape the future of the organization.The OpportunityLead and align operations across multiple HVAC, plumbing, and hydronics businesses and locations, driving efficiency, profitability, and growth.Develop and implement operational strategies, streamline processes, and improve overall business performance.Oversee financial and operational performance, including P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.Lead and develop management teams while strengthening accountability across the organization.Work directly with the President to strengthen manufacturer relationships, align business functions, and execute the organization's long-term strategy.What We're Looking ForExecutive leadership experience in commercial HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, mechanical equipment, or manufacturer's representation.Proven success leading a business, division, or multi-location operation with P&L responsibility.A hands-on leader who understands the HVAC/Plumbing industry and can bring teams together while driving operational improvements.Follow Alliance Executive Search Partners for additional leadership opportunities across HVAC, Building Automation, and Industrial Automation.
