Vice President of OperationsWe are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to help manage and improve the day-to-day operations of an established organization with a significant national presence.This role is for someone who knows how to build efficient processes, manage teams, solve problems, and make sure things get done.We want a proven operator who is organized, decisive, and comfortable working across multiple departments while keeping people focused, accountable, and moving toward the same goals.What You'll DoOversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments and functionsDevelop and improve processes, systems, and workflowsEstablish clear priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectationsMonitor operational performance and identify areas that need improvementDevelop reporting and KPIs to measure results across the organizationWork with department leaders to improve productivity and accountabilityIdentify operational problems and take ownership of getting them resolvedImprove communication and coordination between teamsManage key projects and initiatives from planning through completionEvaluate vendors, systems, and resources to improve efficiencyWork directly with senior leadership on operational priorities and company initiativesHelp build the operational structure needed to support continued growthWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in operations, management, or a similar leadership roleA track record of improving processes and business performanceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience managing teams, projects, and competing prioritiesExperience developing processes, KPIs, reporting, and accountability systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsComfortable working across departments and with senior leadershipAbility to identify problems and follow through until they are resolvedExperience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organizationSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for resultsThe OpportunityWe are not looking for someone to simply maintain existing processes.We want someone who can make operations better.If you're someone who naturally brings order to complexity, sees where things can be improved, holds people accountable, and follows through until the job is done, we'd like to talk to you.All applications and conversations will be kept confidential.
