You'll have meaningful influence over how the business grows, with the authority to make decisions and accountability for results.Key responsibilities include:Lead enterprise-wide operations, shaping strategy and driving performance across the nationwide hospital portfolio through regional and divisional leadership teams.Drive sustainable financial growth, improving EBITDA, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.Help shape the next phase of expansion, partnering on M&A, de novo development, acquisition integrations, and organic growth opportunities.Build for the future, developing exceptional leaders, scalable systems, and innovative approaches that support continued growth.Lead like an owner, with the freedom to challenge the status quo, make meaningful decisions, and take accountability for results.About YOU:You're an accomplished operational leader who has proven you can deliver results.
