Vice President - Private Equity

Hays are currently partnered with a PIF Fund as they are looking to hire a high calibre VP to join their Investment team.The VP will work closely with the MD and will be involved in deal sourcing and screening, leading deal execution and closing along with portfolio management activities.Key responsibilities include:Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and transaction execution.Independently assess opportunities, create investment cases, and prepare presentations for the Investment Committee.Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Finance teams and manage external advisors during due diligence.Support portfolio companies, attending senior meetings and tracking performance to meet return targets.Mentor associates and contribute to continuous industry research and strategy refinement.Build relationships to source new investments and foster a collaborative team environment.Requirements:Bachelors in Finance, or relatedMBA or CFA highly desirable8+ years of Private Equity or Investment Banking experience in a top tier firmDemonstrates advanced expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodsDevelops compelling investment theses, monitors portfolio performance, and executes value creation strategiesSaudi National requiredThis is an exciting opportunity for a banking professional to join a dynamic PIF-backed fund dedicated to achieving Vision 2030 objectives.
