NOW HIRING A VICE PRESIDENT – SOFT SERVICESOur client is a leading Facilities Services provider in Dubai. Position:The position will lead the soft services business unit across 15 large government & semi-government contracts across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery and performance of soft services across a portfolio of major client contracts.Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as a senior point of contact and ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning and other associated soft FM services.Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts through additional services and contract growth.Support business growth by developing new client relationships and converting opportunities within the UAE FM market.Take ownership of the commercial performance of the division, including budgets, profitability, cost management and cash collection.Oversee the mobilisation and ongoing management of contracts, ensuring the right resources and operational structure are in place.Improve service quality and operational efficiency through better processes, systems, reporting and working practices.Lead and develop operational management teams, with responsibility for workforce planning, performance and capability development.Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance across all contracts and operations.

Requirements
