Vice President Strategy

Jex are looking to appoint a Vice President – Strategic Planning & Initiatives for a leading organisation based in Dubai , supporting the delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives across the organisation.This is a high-impact role working closely with senior executive leadership to translate complex business challenges into clear strategic recommendations and drive execution across multiple business areas and functions.The successful candidate will lead strategic and special projects, develop executive-level insights and recommendations, coordinate delivery against key priorities, and engage extensively with senior stakeholders across the organisation. The role will also oversee high-quality executive briefings, presentations and decision materials, while providing leadership and development to junior team members.What we're looking forCurrent Senior Manager / Engagement Manager / Project Leader within a leading strategy consulting firmBackground from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman or KearneyStrong experience leading complex strategy engagements and advising senior executive stakeholdersPrevious exposure to a CEO Office, Chairman's Office or Minister's Office would be highly relevantFinancial Services exposure is a major plusPlease reach out to me directly for a confidential discussion.
