Vice Principal

Best Chance Preschool is looking for a dedicated, experienced and passionate Vice Principal to join our team and support the effective management and continued development of our preschool.We are seeking an education professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality early childhood education, and the ability to guide teachers in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Principal in the overall management and daily operations of the preschool.Supervise, guide and support teachers and classroom assistants.Monitor lesson planning, teaching practices and children's progress.Maintain high standards of child safety, classroom organisation and educational quality.Communicate effectively with parents and coordinate school activities.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Education – Early Childhood or Primary Education (required).3–5 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.Previous leadership or supervisory experience will be an advantage.Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.Good written and spoken English and basic computer skills.A caring, responsible and professional approach to working with children, parents and colleagues.Position Details
