Vicidialer Expert

Location: DHA Phase 1 LahoreWork Type: OnsiteOffice Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AMPosition: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced VICIdial, FreePBX, and Magnus Billing Expert to join our onsite team in New York.Key Responsibilities* Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VICIdial systems and dialer operations.* Configure and maintain FreePBX/Asterisk servers, extensions, SIP trunks, routes, and call flows.* Manage Magnus Billing configuration, billing plans, rates, customers, and carrier-related settings.* Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, call routing, audio, and connectivity issues.* Configure and manage carriers, gateways, DID numbers, and routing.* Monitor call quality, server performance, and system stability.* Handle integrations between VICIdial, FreePBX, Asterisk, and Magnus Billing.* Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.* Perform system optimization, maintenance, backups, and security updates.* Work closely with the operations and technical teams to support day-to-day requirements.Requirements* Proven hands-on experience with VICIdial/VICIdialer, FreePBX/Asterisk, and Magnus Billing.* Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, trunks, gateways, DID, routing, and call flows.* Experience troubleshooting live production environments.* Linux server administration experience.* Understanding of VoIP billing and carrier management.* Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues efficiently.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.* Must be available for onsite work in New York during 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM office hours.Preferred* Experience managing high-volume call-center environments.* Experience with multiple VoIP carriers and SIP providers.* Knowledge of MySQL/database administration.* Experience with API integrations and automation.What We Offer* Full-time onsite position.* Professional working environment.* Opportunity to work with a production-level VoIP and call-center infrastructure.* Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.To Apply:Please send your CV/resume along with details of your experience with VICIdial, FreePBX/Asterisk, and Magnus Billing, including any relevant projects you have worked on.
