Requirements

5+ years of experience in Video Conferencing / Collaboration / AV support. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). Experience in MTR ticketing, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem-solving. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, particularly Teams meeting room environments. Experience with Zoom and/ Webex is preferred. Hands-on experience with at least one VC OEM/platform, such as: Cisco Poly / HP Logitech NEAT Equivalent Video Conferencing OEM Experience managing meeting room devices and daily operational activities. Experience performing daily meeting room/device health checks. Good troubleshooting skills covering camera, microphone, speaker, display, network/connectivity, and VC peripherals. Good documentation and reporting skills
