This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of video projects, including planning concepts, developing storyboards, directing shoots, and collaborating with production teams. The Video Director will manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, supervise camera, sound, and lighting setups, and ensure that the final output aligns with brand and project objectives. Daily tasks include guiding talent and crew on set, reviewing footage, providing feedback to editors, and maintaining consistent visual and narrative quality across all video content.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Direction and Film Production, with experience leading creative vision and on-set execution.Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Digital Video, including managing shoots, workflows, and technical aspects of production.Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, with the ability to collaborate effectively with editors to refine story, pacing, and visual style.Relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or documentary video projects, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, as well as common video production and editing tools.Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate business objectives into engaging video content.Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage crews and talent on set.Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
