The ideal candidate must be a tech-savvy editor who embraces AI technology to speed up workflows, can craft premium high-value videos, and knows how to churn out quick, engaging content.(Please Note: This is a 100% in-office position. Remote applicants are strictly discouraged from applying and will not be considered.)Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Editing: Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting/publishing.High-Value Production: Handle our premium, high-value video projects requiring advanced editing, color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects.Quick Turnaround Edits: Produce fast-paced, trendy, and engaging short-form content efficiently.AI Integration: Actively incorporate modern AI video and audio tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and output quality.Smart Time Management: Evaluate daily video tasks, intelligently categorize them by complexity (normal vs. high-value), and allocate time efficiently to meet all deadlines without compromising quality.Requirements & QualificationsProfessional Software Mastery: Must have strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, OR DaVinci Resolve for heavy, high-quality projects.Quick-Edit Software: Must be highly skilled in CapCut for rapid content creation.AI Proficiency (Mandatory): Must be up-to-date with current AI editing tools (e.g., AI audio enhancement, auto-captions, generative AI, etc.) and know how to utilize them seamlessly in the workflow.Workflow Assessment: Excellent judgment in differentiating between standard edits and premium edits, managing time accordingly when faced with multiple daily tasks.Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating both high-end professional edits and quick, trendy social media edits.Work Ethic: Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary range of 30,000 - 40,000 BDT per month.A collaborative and modern workspace at Mirpur DOHS.Opportunity to work on diverse, high-value tech and corporate projects.
