Instead of treating each of these as separate services, we look at how they work together to help a brand grow.Our team works on positioning, content, paid campaigns, websites, funnels and automation with one clear goal: building brands people remember and systems that actually convert.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Video Editing Intern to help us create short-form content and video ads for our clients. Most of the work will be for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook reels, including both organic content and paid ad creatives.You will mainly work with scripts, raw footage and creative directions provided by the team, and turn them into videos that are engaging, clear and suited to the platform.You do not need extensive professional experience. We are looking for someone with basic editing ability, strong visual taste, and a willingness to learn. An understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and what keeps people watching will help you grow in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Edit video creatives for paid advertising campaigns
• Turn raw footage into clean and engaging videos
• Create motion graphics, animated text and visual effects
• Add captions, sound effects and music where appropriate
• Work with the marketing team on different hooks and creative ideas
• Create multiple versions of videos for testing
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Stay updated with short-form content styles and trendsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe care a lot about willingness to learn, visual taste, and improving through feedback.You should:
• Have a good sense of pacing and storytelling
• Understand how short-form content works
• Have basic video editing ability and an interest in creating motion graphics and animated elements
• Have a good eye for visuals and details
• Be open to feedback and able to make changes quickly
• Be reliable and communicate well while working in a hybrid environment
• Be curious and willing to experiment with different editing styles
