Dubai, UAE | On-site | Full-time About the RoleWe're a Dubai-based wellness and personal-care company building two fast-growing consumer brands. We're looking for a creative Video Editor & Videographer with strong skills in short-form content, real-world filming, motion graphics, and AI video creation. You'll own the creative process - from developing ideas, planning content, and organizing shoots to filming, editing, and delivering polished videos. You should know how to combine compelling footage, animated text, motion graphics, and sound to tell stories that capture attention and keep people watching. Hands-on filming is essential. You must be confident shooting products, people, lifestyle content, and podcasts. We also want someone who brings fresh ideas and understands how to use AI filmmaking tools effectively. What You'll Do

• Plan and create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid social, including product, lifestyle, UGC-style, educational, and trend-driven videos.
• Own content planning and execution: develop concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and shoot schedules with the marketing team.
• Execute high-quality live-action shoots, handling cameras, lighting, composition, audio, and directing presenters or creators.
• Edit engaging videos with strong storytelling, sharp pacing, compelling opening hooks, and clear brand messaging.
• Integrate text animation and motion graphics into video storytelling, including kinetic typography, animated captions, product callouts, and graphic overlays.
• Create AI-generated and AI-assisted video content, maintaining visual consistency and combining generated elements with real footage where appropriate.
• Film and edit podcast episodes, then turn standout moments into short, engaging social clips.
• Handle color grading, audio cleanup, music, sound design, and final exports for different platforms.
• Follow relevant trends and use performance feedback to improve future content.
• Organize raw footage, project files, and final assets while managing deadlines across both brands. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in both hands-on videography and video editing.
• A strong short-form content portfolio showing creative ideas, effective hooks, storytelling, and polished execution.
• Practical expertise in camera operation, lighting, composition, camera movement, and clean audio recording.
• Strong skills in text animation, kinetic typography, and motion graphics, with the judgment to use them to strengthen the story.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing software, plus After Effects or an equivalent motion graphics tool.
• Practical knowledge of AI video creation and filmmaking tools, including generating visuals and integrating them into finished edits.
• A clear understanding of audience retention, platform-specific formats, and social content performance.
• The ability to independently take a project from idea and planning through filming and final delivery.
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail, initiative, and time management.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Dubai. Nice to Have
• Experience creating content for wellness, beauty, personal-care, or consumer brands.
• Podcast production and multi-camera filming experience.
• Experience producing and testing paid social ad variations.
• Advanced compositing or visual effects skills.
