We are currently rebranding, so there is not much to see online yet.About the RoleWe are hiring a Video Editor to join our team. The work is mainly short form video for social media, including reels, talking head videos with motion graphics, and service, lifestyle and product content, along with occasional long form videos. You will own the video output for a set of clients and take projects from raw footage to final files, working directly with the Creative Head and alongside our videographer.Key ResponsibilitiesEditing short form video for Instagram and other social platforms, at a steady weekly outputCreating talking head videos with motion graphics, captions and text animationEditing service, lifestyle and product reels that match each client's brand styleEditing occasional long form videos, keeping the story clear and the pacing engaging throughoutColour grading log footage, sound cleanup and music selectionKeeping footage, project files and templates organised for each clientHandling client revisions and delivering on timeContributing to our own rebranding, including video content for our channelsWhat We Are Looking ForAt least 3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally with short form social contentStrong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After EffectsStrong motion graphics skills, with at least one or two pieces in your showreel built from scratch by you, not from templatesA good sense of pacing, hooks and what keeps people watching on InstagramConfident colour grading of log footage (shot on a Sony mirrorless camera, mostly S-Log)Ability to handle several clients at once and keep to deadlines without being chasedNice to have: DaVinci ResolveAdditional InformationWorking days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PMPaid time off and professional developmentHow to ApplyEmail your resume and showreel or portfolio link to kamathsolutions1@gmail.com with the subject line: Video Editor Application - [Your Name]In your email, include:Which video in your portfolio you are most proud of and why, in two or three linesWhere you currently live and whether you will commute or relocate (if relocating, the date you can move)Your expected salary within the stated rangeThe year you started working as a paid video editorApplications that do not follow these instructions, including Easy Apply applications without a showreel link, will not be reviewed.
