Team members have the opportunity to help shape innovative projects that blend music, culture, technology and immersive visuals.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Dubai. The Video Editor will work closely with the artist, creative directors and production team to edit music videos, immersive 360° content, 3D-rendered visuals, promotional campaigns, social media clips and behind-the-scenes footage. Daily tasks include reviewing and organizing an extensive archive of existing footage, identifying standout moments, and developing fresh concepts and editing techniques that bring them to life. The role also involves assembling raw footage, sequencing shots, syncing audio to music, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual effects in line with the artist’s brand and creative direction. The Video Editor will deliver content in multiple formats optimized for digital platforms, with a strong focus on producing engaging, shareable content designed to perform and reach wide audiences.QualificationsProven experience in video editing and post-production, with a track record of handling footage from shoot to final export.Hands-on experience editing 360° video, including stitching, reframing, stabilization and exporting for 360°/VR and social platforms.Experience editing and compositing 3D-rendered footage; familiarity with Unreal Engine, Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.Proficiency in color grading to create consistent and impactful visual styles.Ability to design and integrate motion graphics to enhance storytelling and branding.Strong understanding of music-driven editing, timing and pacing, especially for hip hop and performance-focused content.Demonstrated ability to create viral, high-performing content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.A creative, idea-driven mindset with the ability to turn large volumes of footage into compelling concepts.A youthful, trend-aware perspective combined with solid industry experience.Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to feedback and iterative revisions.Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video editing, 360° and motion graphics work, ideally including performance metrics.Comfort working on-site in Dubai with a small, creative team; prior experience in music, gaming or entertainment is a plus.
