- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and marketing purposes
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, property tours, promotional videos, and other content
- Edit raw footage into creative and professional videos
- Add music, captions, transitions, effects, and graphics
- Develop creative video concepts and content ideas
- Handle basic videography, including camera angles, lighting, and framing
- Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and real estate teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with current social media and video trends✨ Requirements
- Previous experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or Content Creator
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Must know how to create, shoot, and edit videos from start to finish
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
- Knowledge of cameras, lighting, and basic videography
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
